For the next 50 years+ 2020 will be forever THAT year that flipped the script, took loved ones, and made some lose it all. And in another breath, some will state it was the year that changed their life for the better. The challenges and loss made them stronger than ever. The reality is, it is not what happens to you, but how you prepare yourself to respond to it. Key word PREPARE. When you except the fact that life is not a guarantee and that it can take a 180 degree turn on you at any moment you are more likely to do three things.
- Be grateful, thankful, meditate, pray
- Love with intention
- Have a plan B, C & D
That sounds simple enough and yet many of us struggle and were not and are not prepared for this season we are collectively experiencing. Here is the great news, we can all start becoming better prepared for what life throws at us. Or you can say better prepared for the opportunity to create for innovation, creativity, and a leap of faith.
The reality is that you cannot do any of that if you have not taken time to reflect on who you are, who you are becoming and where you want to go. I urge you for the next 7 days to wake up and write your first thoughts, no matter what they are. You will begin to see where you truly are mentally. It’s important because your mindset is your vehicle for a breakthrough and break out moment for your life. Will you do that? Contact me and I will send you a freebie to help you center your thoughts over the next several days.
